At SoulPrint, your order is made with love and attention, and we want the delivery process to be just as smooth. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

📦 Shipping Information

Processing Times:

  • Memorial jewellery: 7–14 business days (each piece is handmade to order)

  • Custom clothing: 3–7 business days

  • Digital products: Instant download or email delivery

Delivery Times (UK):

  • Standard: 2–4 business days

  • Tracked/Express options available at checkout

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are custom or made with personal inclusions (such as ashes or fur), we’re unable to accept returns on bespoke or memorial items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

We accept returns on:

  • Non-personalised clothing in unworn, original condition (within 14 days)

  • Faulty or damaged items (please include a photo for our records)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
